How do I apply for a room?+
Open an approved listing, sign in to your RumyFi account and continue to the application. RumyFi currently uses one official Google Form for applications.
Are all listings reviewed?+
Yes. Community listings are reviewed by RumyFi before they appear publicly. The listing badge also tells you whether a home is managed by RumyFi or submitted by the community.
Which costs are shown?+
Listings separate monthly rent, additional monthly costs, utilities and the security deposit so you can understand the total before applying.
